13 Sep 2019 -  7th GDOT Transportation Research Expo was held in One Georgia Center. A research team at KSU (Drs. Kwon, Seo, and Kaplan) presented a project GDOT RP 18-22.  

 

30 Nov. 2018 - Professor Seo received the Outstanding Early Career Award from KSU Foundation, The Faculty, and Staff Awards Recognition Dinner was at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse of Embassy Suites Ballrooms on 29 November 2018. 

 

31 Dec. 2015 -  Professor Seo was selected as a Brain Pool Scholar by the Korea Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST) in South Korea, May 2015 - August 2015.

 

04 Nov. 2012 - Dr. Seo made an invited speech about the KEC test road - the first full-scale road test facility in Asia at Asian Development Bank (ADB, https://www.adb.org), ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City 1550, Metro Manila, Philippines.

 

25 Jul. 2020 - Dr. Seo led the group of public servants in South Korea during the National Highway Institute (NHI, https://www.nhi.fhwa.dot.gov/home.aspx) seminar held in VA.
